This dialog specify what help system to use. You can use the latest version directly at the www.svibs.com web site or a local help in case there is no internet access.
In case of local help there is a download option that allows the download of the latest online help. Please note that the download require internet access.

 

Note: In case of Web Help (default) you should clear the Internet Explorer cache on a regular basis to make sure that you always get the latest help available.
